The Dionysos Theatrical Group performed its premiere of Oedipus Tyrannus, directed by Dimitris Behrakis, at the Hellenic Cultural Center in Astoria, Queens this past Saturday February 29th. The production of Sophocles' timeless tragedy featured a wonderfully talented and diverse cast from all around the world who surely had a lasting effect on the audience. The performance was a special one-time event but with a potential full run in the April/May.

The Riant Theatre's Strawberry One-Act Festival presents the Semi-Finals.  Join us and cast your votes for the Best Play.  Performances for the Semi-Finals are Tues, May 22, Wed, May 23 and Thurs, May 24th at 6pm and 8:30pm.  After the Semi-Finals (2) two plays will be eliminated from each Semi-Finals night.

Due to popular demand, Royal Family Productions (Katie Avebe, Mary Bernardi, Chris Henry and Andy Theodorou, Founders; Michael Perreca, Executive Director) will offer an additional performance of their hit musical Rock and Roll Refugee on Monday, February 15 at 5:30pm.

Tonight, Royal Family Productions present sRock and Roll Refugee, written and directed byChris Henry, music and lyrics by Genya Ravan, with music direction, orchestrations and additional music byDaniel A. Weiss, and choreography by JoAnn M. Hunter and Liz Ramos. Rock and Roll Refugee will begin performances on January 28, open on Tuesday, February 2, and will now run through February 16, 2016 atTimes Square's Royal Family Performing Arts Space (145 West 46th St., 3rd floor).
