Carleton Upham Carpenter, Jr. (95) an American film, television and stage actor, songwriter, and novelist died Monday, January 31, 2022 in Warwick, NY.  He had been in declining health for some years.

James Morgan, York Theatre Company Producing Artistic Director, and Stephen Cole, writer, co-creator and director of the upcoming world premier production of Inventing Mary Martin at The York Theatre, moderated the discussion about Ms. Martin's is illustrious and extensive career, with an evening that was full of history, laughter, and little gems from the Golden Age of Musical Theatre.
