For actors those come in the shape and form of roles-whether they're grown up and become too old for that child star turn, to the soprano never being considered for the baritone lead, everyone has a song in their heart that they'll likely never get to see come to fruition with a crowd and in lights.

On Monday March 20, TDF honored the entire production of Kinky Boots with a one-night-only concert TDF HONORS KINKY BOOTS to raise funds for TDF's access and education programs. Composer Cyndi Lauper and director/choreographer Jerry Mitchell welcomed the crowd followed by performances by the show's original stars Billy Porter, Annaleigh Ashford and Stark Sands, former "Lolas" Todrick Hall and Alan Mingo, Jr.; former "Lauren" Jeanna de Waal, former "Charlie" Andy Kelso, the entire current Broadway cast and "Angels' from previous casts.

Over the weekend the Broadway company of KINKY BOOTS bid farewell to original cast member, and long-time Charlie Price, Andy Kelso. After beginning with the production in the original reading, Kelso went on to originate the role of Harry in the 2013 Tony-winning Best Musical.
