On Thursday, October 10th, Broadway Sessions welcomed the cast members from Tony award winning smash hit, Kinky Boots, as well as its lyricist, Cyndi Lauper. Below, Joey Taranto performs "I'm the Greatest Star" from FUNNY GIRL!
Kinky Boots cast members who attended include Lena Hall, Paul Canaan, Adinah Alexander, Kevin Smith Kirkwood, Cortney Wolfson, Andy Kelso, Kyle Post and special guest co-host for the evening Ellyn Marie Marsh.
Broadway Sessions takes place every Thursday evening at The Laurie Beechman Theater inside The West Bank Café located at 407 west 42nd street (corner of 42nd street and 9th avenue). 212-695-6909. Doors open at 10:00 pm for Musical Theater open mic.
