THE KING AND I to Open This Wednesday at Dr. Phillips Center

Dr. Phillips Center for the Performing Arts, Broadway Across America and Florida Theatrical Association confirm that performances of the touring production of The King and I will begin on Wednesday evening, September 13, 2017 at 8 p.m.

All previously scheduled performances for the remainder of the week will go on as planned.

Tonight's (September 12, 2017) performance is canceled due to the impact of Hurricane Irma across Central Florida.

FAIRWINDS Broadway in Orlando season subscribers with tickets to the Tuesday performance of The King and I can contact the Subscriber Hotline at 800.448.6322 (Monday-Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.) to exchange their tickets into another performance later in the week, pending availability. Subscribers can also contact orlandoservice@broadwayacrossamerica.com.

Guests who have purchased single/non-subscription tickets to the Tuesday performance of The King and I will be automatically refunded to the original method of payment over the course of this week. Those guests looking to repurchase tickets for later performances are encouraged to do so while simultaneously awaiting their refund to process. Ticket availability for the Orlando engagement of the classic Rodgers and Hammerstein musical is extremely limited. Tickets can be purchased online at www.drphillipscenter.org, or by phone at 844.513.2014. The Dr. Phillips Center Box Office will re-open Wednesday, September 13, 2017 at 10 a.m.
