The University of Central Florida presents SPRING AWAKENING by Duncan Sheik and Steven Sater. The show begins its run tonight, March 21, thru March 30 on the Theatre's Main Stage.
Set to a dynamic score, this poignant and powerful musical follows a group of German innocents as they journey from youth to adulthood. The story is based on the 1891 play of the same name by Frank Wedekind and revolves around late twentieth century German teens who are discovering their sexuality.
Production Schedule:
8 pm: March 21, 22, 23, 23, 29, 30
2 pm: March 23, 30 (Note: There will not be a matinee on Sunday, March 31 due to the Easter holiday.)
Tickets:
Standard $20, Senior $18, Student $10; Group discounts available
