A Pop-Up Ballet at Ailey Studios

Danse Lumiere, Kathryn Roszak, founding artistic director, brings together original choreography, short films, and guest artists from New York City Ballet: Alexa Maxwell, Laine Habony and Victor Abreu, in a program of innovative ballet works that interweave narrative, literature, and motion.  The artists will appear in choreography by Ms. Habony and Ms. Roszak, set to music by Katie Jenkins, Esa Pekka Salonen, and Mads Tolling, with guest cellist Noella Carrasco.
