Real siblings play fictional siblings in The Farm, a hilarious and thought-provoking new comedy from Davis and Beth Alianiello. Tyler returns home after two years in a cult; his sister Sasha must face how his arrival alters her reality. The Farm is a "quietly captivating" investigation of how we love those we don't understand.
After appearing in the Lighthouse Series at SoHo Playhouse, followed by a sold out run at the Providence Fringe Festival (WINNER: Best Comedy and Best Playwriting) and post-Fringe runs in Providence and Boston,The Farm comes to the Paradise Factory from April 23-26.
Davis Alianiello (playwright / Tyler) has developed new plays with the Seven Devils Playwrights Conference, SoHo Playhouse, the Wilbury Group, and the Boston Center for the Arts. He’s a graduate of the Hunter College Playwriting MFA and a member of EST/Youngblood.
Beth Alianiello (Sasha) is a resident artist at the Wilbury Theatre Group, an OutLoud Theatre core ensemble member, and a frequent volunteer with the Manton Avenue Project.
Sam Taber (composer/car radio) is a musician and educator from Providence, Rhode Island. He plays piano solo, with his family, and with different bands across Southern New England.
