The Dessoff Choirs ushers in the holiday season on Sunday, 8 December at 4:00 p.m. with Welcome Yule: Willkommen, süßer Bräutigam. Dessoff continues to honor its past by including on this program three works first performed under Margarete Dessoff’s baton in 1929: Vincent Lübeck’s Weihnachts-Kantate, Willkommen, süßer Bräutigam, Edward Nunn’s Un flambeau, Jeanette, Isabelle, and F. A. Gevaert’s Chanson joyeuse de Noel.
