Lila Day may be having an existential meltdown, but she’s determined to end on a high note. With a couple of song substitutions, More of the Same is now even better! Directed by Kristine Zbornik. Music Direction by Daryl Kojak “...an almost perfect blend of music and comedy in which lyrics became extensions of her hilarious, pointed patter, and the spoken observations rose so naturally out of the lyrics that the music was almost incidental to one long, ingenious, hilarious, and uniquely personal monologue.”
-Gerry Geddes, bistroaward.com
“****…Remarkably, considering her stage presence and excellent voice modulation, Day has only been on the cabaret scene for a few years. We can only believe, in the words of Carolyn Leigh. the best is yet to come.”
