Theatre on Film: From the Donmar Warehouse, Next to Normal is an intimate exploration of family and illness, loss and grief, featuring a thrilling rock score from composer Tom Kitt with book and lyrics by Brian Yorkey. At its heart is Diana—played by Olivier and GRAMMY Award nominee Caissie Levy—a suburban wife and mother living with bipolar disorder and haunted by her past.
