Dating in New York City is quite the magic trick. A house of mirrors with mind games at every turn. Hate it or love it, the possibility of finding that special someone keeps us coming back for more. But are we always ready to get in on the act?

December 13 - December 14
IN FLIGHT and SACRAMENT BURGER by David Commander's Modern Toy Theater with HAPPY TO SEE YOU by Cara Francis
Produced by The Wild Project
Schedule: Wednesday - Thursday at 8 pm
Tickets: $15

IN FLIGHT mocks the market of mis-focusing information and our potential for mass apathy. It questions what it is as a species that allows us to look the other way. Its story draws from the insatiable hunger for distraction that subtly guides our attention away from the immediacy of larger, life-threatening issues.

SACRAMENT BURGER focuses on our disconnection from the function and value of food and how that detachment contributes to the waste of nearly half of all food produced globally. It explores the inherent need to ritualize the act of eating and how this ceremony is performed within restaurant culture.

Both works are paired with Cara Francis' HAPPY TO SEE YOU.
