Hold follows Miles, a young man reluctantly filling in on a suicide prevention hotline for a single night. When a caller refuses to identify himself, the conversation begins like any other crisis call, but quickly becomes something far more unsettling. The stranger seems to know intimate details of Miles' past, forcing him to confront a buried memory from his college years: the night a fellow student knocked on his dorm room door, asking for help, and Miles chose not to answer.

As the call unfolds, the hotline transforms into a psychological reckoning, blurring the line between reality, memory, and conscience. What begins as an attempt to save another person's life becomes an excavation of guilt, avoidance, and the stories we tell ourselves to survive. Through an increasingly intimate confrontation with the voice on the other end of the line, Miles is forced to face the consequences of a single decision that has quietly shaped the man he has become.

A tense, emotionally charged one man thriller, Hold explores responsibility, forgiveness, and whether redemption begins not with changing the past, but with finally opening the door he once chose to close.
