FunikiJam’s WORLD MUSIC FAIR at Actors Temple Theatre

FunikiJam returns to Actors Temple Theatre with WORLD MUSIC FAIR, a three-performance Off-Broadway concert series for children ages 0–8 and their grown-ups. The concerts are part of FunikiJam’s fall WORLD MUSIC FAIR season, connecting weekly music programs, community concerts, and theatrical performances through original songs, global rhythms, and musical storytelling.

Created by writer, composer, and performer Brian “Captain Jam” Barrentine, WORLD MUSIC FAIR features an interactive celebration of original songs, global rhythms, and musical storytelling. Young audiences are invited to sing, dance, and participate throughout the hour-long concerts.

The repertoire brings together FunikiJam favorites including “Baby Likes to Rock,” “Safari Jeep,” “Imvula Rain Chant,” and “Elephant Moon,” with seasonal additions across the series.

Three performances only:

• October 17, 2026, at 3:30 PM — WORLD MUSIC FAIR: Halloween Special. Costumes welcome!

• November 21, 2026, at 11 AM — WORLD MUSIC FAIR: Friendsgiving Special.

• December 5, 2026, at 11 AM — WORLD MUSIC FAIR: Holiday Special

Founded in 1999, FunikiJam creates music, theatre, and educational programs for families, with work spanning Off-Broadway productions, international tours, and ongoing school and residential programs.

All performances take place at Actors Temple Theatre, 339 West 47th Street, New York, NY 10036.

Family Pair tickets are $40 and admit one child and one grown-up. Additional Guest tickets are $20 per person for guests attending with a Family Pair. Ticketing fees apply.
