THE LITTLE MERMAID - Downtown Cabaret Theatre Non Equity Auditions

The Downtown Cabaret Theatre (Bridgeport, CT) is seeking one Non- Equity male performer for the role of Prince Caspian in their original adaptation of THE LITTLE MERMAID. Should be 20s-30s and must sing and dance very well.

Please note: This is an original TYA adaptation, and NOT the Disney version. This role is also part of a remount of a production that was shut down due to Covid.

Dates of Production:

Opening – October 23

Closing – November 14

Rehearsals – Monday through Thursday October 11 through 21 6:00pm – 10:00pm

*All performances are held on Saturdays and Sundays only at 12:00+2:30

Compensation:

$50.00 per performance

Plus a small rehearsal stipend

To submit: send a short video you singing 16 bars of 2 songs (one uptempo and one ballad) of your choosing (preferably in the pop/rock genre). Include your headshot and resume. Send submissions to
