THE FULL MONTY - New Village Arts Non Equity Auditions

New Village Arts, an award-winning theatre company in Carlsbad, CA is seeking two non-union male actors for an upcoming production of THE FULL MONTY. All actors are paid a rehearsal and performance stipend, and housing may be available for out of town actors.

Audition date: Monday, April 21 from 6:30 - 10:30pm (by appointment only)

Please prepare at 16-32 bar song, and a one-minute comedic monologue.

Seeking:
JERRY LUKOWSKI
An unemployed mill worker, fighting to maintain his pride and the custody of his only son. All-American jock and the definitive man’s man. Spontaneous. Very prideful. Male, 30-40 yrs old. Range: C4 - D6.

NOAH"HORSE" T. SIMMONS
A retired mill worker. Embarrassed about being an “average sized” Black man. Despite being old and slow when walking, he still has explosive dance moves. Frequently grumpy. Male, Middle-Aged. Range: F2 - B5.
