RSPAC is currently accepting video auditions for the leading roles for male/female triple threats (High School and College students) for our upcoming production of "HAIRSPRAY" actors must live in Westchester/N.Y.C. area and be available for all rehearsals and performances. Send your video asap to rspacauditions@yahoo.com by Midnight January 15th 2017. Please also put Hairspary Video in the subject line, and what part you are auditing for. Example: "Hairspray Video- Tracy".
Videos should be no longer than 2-3 minutes in length.
Also bear in mind that submitted videos DO NOT have to be slick, highly edited promotional masterpieces. In fact, we would much rather see a straightforward, un-edited performance that shows your personality and talent, even if it’s just you introducing yourself on camera and performing right in your living room or backyard.
We will only contact acts that are moving on to the next round!
Please be aware Rehearsals will begin on Tuesday February 7th from 6pm-8pm and continue all of February, then continue on Tuesdays 6pm-8pm and Sundays 12pm-4pm In March April, and May. All rehearsals are located at the Rising Stars PAC Studio. Lincoln Park Jewish Center, 311 Central Park Ave. Yonkers, NY 10704. The studio is directly across the street from Empire Casino in Yonkers, NY.
Performances are scheduled for June 7th-11th at the Grinton Will Library in Yonkers, NY.
