Upcoming Auditions for Students Ages 6-18 for Gamut Theatre’s Young Acting Company
Gamut Theatre Group is searching for actors to star in their upcoming Young Acting Company production of Cinderella written by Sean Adams. Auditions for the show will be this January 10th and 11th and the show runs April 3rd-5th at Gamut Theatre located at 15 N. 4th Street in downtown Harrisburg. Actors looking to audition must be between the ages of 6 and 18 years old. No prior performance experience is required to audition, and all actors regardless of gender, gender identity, race, religion, culture, sexual orientation, and/or disability are encouraged to apply.
Each season the Young Acting Company presents a much-beloved tale adapted into a full-length play and performed by students, ages 6 through 18. The production features singing, dancing, staged combat, and the irreverent humor that the Popcorn Hat Players are known for, as well as giving the cast of students a chance to learn the ins and outs of a professional theatrical production as they display their own incredible talent.
