NextStage in Conifer announces online audition submissions for their first show in their Rise Up Company season. A company where “educational theatre” is not about tuition, but about compensating young artists for the hard work they put into productions while still focusing on artistic growth and personal development. This production will showcase middle school and high school performers singing their theatre dream roles (performances will be live, in-person). The show will be a Drive-In outdoor production that carefully follows all social distancing measures.
ABOUT THE ONLINE AUDITION SUBMISSIONS – deadline Friday, July 31st, 2020
For: Middle and High School Performers
Submit a headshot, resume, a list of 1-3 dream roles you want to play, a 16-32 bar video of singing in the style of the shows.

COMPENSATION
$50 stipend will be paid PLUS a virtual vocal lesson with a Broadway performer to work on your song.
REHEARSALS AND PERFORMANCES
All rehearsals before tech week will be virtual or a private in-person rehearsal with the director and music director.
TECH WEEK: Monday, August 10th – Wednesday, August 12th, 2020 from 6-8pm
LIVE, DRIVE-IN PERFORMANCES: Thursday, August 13th – Sunday, August 16th, 2020 (6 shows total)
