See Little Steven and The Disciples of Soul live in concert at State Theatre New Jersey! After creating the “Jersey Shore” sound with the Asbury Jukes, Rock and Roll Hall of Famer Steven Van Zandt became a founding member of Bruce Springsteen’s E Street Band, and then went on to become a successful solo artist in his own right recording and performing with his band Little Steven and The Disciples of Soul.
Little Steven and The Disciples of Soul most recent album, SOULFIRE, sees Van Zandt revisiting songs that span the length of his career as an artist, focusing directly on the hugely influential “soul horns-meet rock-and-roll guitars” approach he first pioneered on Southside Johnny and the Asbury Jukes’ classic first three albums.
