Alexis Morrast is one of the brightest young vocalists on today’s jazz scene, bringing a radiant blend of soul, gospel, and classic jazz phrasing. A twotime Apollo winner with a voice far beyond her years, she captivates audiences with purity of tone, effortless swing, and a natural warmth that makes every song feel personal. Her performances balance youthful freshness with the poise of a seasoned artist, offering heartfelt ballads, joyful standards, and moments of spiritual uplift. On the Back Deck, her sound blooms in the open air — intimate, expressive, and full of promise.
