Light Opera of New Jersey (LONJ) is thrilled to announce its upcoming production, "A Celebration of the Stage: Opera to Broadway," taking place on October 8, 2023, at 3 PM at St. Mark's Episcopal Church in Basking Ridge, NJ. This exciting program will feature selections from beloved operas and musicals, showcasing the incredible range and versatility of the human voice.
The program will feature Baritone Troy Cook who has performed with some of the top opera houses in the world, including the Metropolitan Opera, Opera Philadelphia, Boston Lyric Opera and many others. Also appearing will be some of the finest rising stars, currently in the Masters of Opera program at The Juilliard School. The concert will be accompanied by Karen Delavan, who is faculty at The Juilliard School and is a renowned pianist/opera coach.
