The Joy List is a powerful original dance theater production that follows one man’s journey through love, loss, and rediscovery. 

As a child, Chris' mother encourages him to begin a list of things that spark joy—ice cream, water balloons, soccer—but as life takes its turns, the list is lost, then found again at just the right moment.

Through emotional storytelling and evocative movement, The Joy List is a moving celebration of hope, resilience, connection and the everyday sparks of joy that keep us going.
