The charming Nativity opera tells the story of the shepherds’ journey to see the newborn Christ Child and the two children who secretly follow. The pursuing adventure story will delight audiences of all ages and be a wonderful part of every family’s holiday season. Composed by Frank Bridge in 1929, the one-hour opera provides a unique look at the music from one of the most innovative British composers of the early 20th century. The production will be presented in concert format with soloists being supported on stage by a chorus and orchestra.
