Stage Kiss at Main Street Playhouse

"Stage Kiss" by Sarah Ruhl is a romantic play full of warm and intimate moments. It is the story of She and He, two mid-forty year olds who were romantically involved when in their late twenties and pursuing careers as actors. The relationship ended and She quit show business to get married and have a child who is now a teenager. He stayed the course and his acting career has been a struggle for survival.Now that She's daughter is older, She decides to audition for a new play about a romance in the 1930's. She is cast as the leading lady, then finds out He has already been cast as the leading man. April 22 - May 15 Fridays and Saturdays at 8 pm Sundays at 2 pm
