Miami City Ballet Appoints AnaMaria Correa As Its New Senior Director Of Community Engagement

Miami City Ballet today announced the appointment of AnaMaria Correa as the ballet company's new Senior Director of Community Engagement. Correa, who has 14 years of experience leading community engagement programs at renowned institutions like Avenues: The World School and Ballet Hispanico and Dancing Classroom, will assume her leadership role on August 20.

AEG Presents, in partnership with Entercom Radio Miami's 104.3 The Shark, New Found Glory and the City of Pompano Beach, is proud to announce that the sold-out #ParklandStrong, A Benefit for the Victims of the Marjory Stoneman Douglas School Shooting raised $116,411. The concert held on May 16, 2018 at The Pompano Beach Amp featured New Found Glory, Chris Carrabba of Dashboard Confessional, William Ryan Key formerly of Yellowcard and speed painter Michael Israel. All proceeds from the event including ticket sales, concessions, merchandise and sponsorships have been donated to Broward Education Foundation's Stoneman Douglas Victims' Fund.
