WickedWatch out Memphis, Tennessee because something Wicked is coming your way! Starting March 7, 2018, Orpheum Theatre will be showing Wicked until the curtain closes on March 25, 2018.

Many people know about the classic tale of "The Wizard of Oz," but how many know the story of Elphaba and Glinda? Wicked deals with the question of, "Can two people being able to be the best of friends despite one being Wicked and one being good?"

This production stars Mary Kate Morrissey as Elphaba and Ginna Claire Mason as Glinda. Other stars include Judy Kay as Madame Morrible, Tom McGowan as the Wizard, Harry Bouvy as Dr. Dillamond, Catherine Charlebois as Nessarose, Robin De Jesus as Boq, and Jon Robert Hall as Fiyero.

Ensemble, standby's and swings include Chelsea Emma Franko, Deanne Aguinaga-Whyte, Allison Bailey, Kerry Blanchard, Beka Burnham, Lauren Cannon, Autumn Crockett Cooper, Michael Di Liberto, Michael Drolet, Ryan Patrick Farrell, Napoleon W. Gladney, Sara Gonzales, Lauren Haughton, Chris Jarosz, John Krause, Kelly Lafarga, Chase Madigan (who is also Chistery), Tiffany Rae Mallari, Matt Meigs, Anthony Sagaria, Wayne Schroder (who is also the Witch's Father), Tregoney Shepherd (who is also the Midwife), Ben Susak, Justin Wirick, and Olivia Valli.

The book is by Winnie Holzman, and the author of the original novel is Gregory Maguire. Stephen Schwartz wrote the music and lyrics. Joe Mantello is the director. Wayne Cilento is behind the musical staging.

Designers include Eugene Lee for scenery, Susan Hilferty for costumes, Kenneth Posner for lighting, Tony Meola for sound, Elaine J. McCarthy for projection, Tom Watson for hair and wigs, and Joe Dulude II for makeup.

Music supervisor/arranger is Stephen Oremus, and William David Brohn worked on the orchetrations. Alex Lacamoire worked on music arrangements, and Telsey + Company worked on casting.
