Broken Token Productions launches Rock Show(tunes), an evening of traditional Broadway show tunes reimagined as modern rock songs on Monday, July 14 at 7:30 pm (doors open at 6:45 pm) at The Offbeat, 6316 York Blvd, Los Angeles, CA 90042.
Featuring performances from Danny Bernardo (Portland Center Stage/Pittsburgh Public Theater Young Americans, Steppenwolf Wally World), Regina A. Fernandez (McCoy Rigby Entertainment The Play That Goes Wrong), Andrew Ge (Berkeley Repertory Theatre The Far Country), Jasondra Johnson (Mercury Theater The Color Purple), Janaya Mahealani Jones (Musical Theatre West Grease), Cara Leahy, Miatta Lebile (Prime Gen V), Sherry Mandujano (NYC Workshop Real Women Have Curves), Bryan Daniel Porter (Revival: Reefer Madness), Justine Rafael (East West Players Spring Awakening), Glenn Stanton (AMC The Walking Dead, A.R.T./New York Theatres Distant Thunder), and Jonathan von Mering (Musical Theatre West The Sound of Music, HBO The Pitt). The Band Joey will serve as the house band, with Joey Ruggiero on lead guitar/vocals, Jonathan Moreno on bass, Dirk Ellis on drums, Catriona Fray on rhythm guitar/backup vocals, and David Ghesser on keys.

Performer
Proud founder of Broken Token Productions. Stage: Goodman, Portland Center Stage, Pittsburgh Public Theatre, McCoy Rigby, Musical Theatre West, Porchlight Music Theatre, and East West Players (where he is a teaching artist). As a filmmaker, his work has screened at such festivals as Cannes, OutFest Fusion, and Reeling. Dog dad.
Regina Fernandez
Performer
Regina is a singer/songwriter, actor and playwright based out of Los Angeles and NYC. She has performed for such companies as the Oregon Shakespeare Festival, Denver Center, and La Mirada. Regina is represented by ATB Talent and makes up one half of the band, Jing.
Andrew Ge
Performer
Andrew Ge is an actor and performer based in Los Angeles. Select stage credits include: A Christmas Story (Center Theatre Group), The Far Country (Berkeley Repertory Theatre), Mamma Mia (East West Players), Cinderella (5 Star Theatricals), Arcane Live Immersive Experience (Secret Cinema/Riot Games). Jasondra Johnson

Jasondra is an actress/singer originally from Sweet Home, Chicago! She has a background in psychology and social work but spends the rest of her time finding new ways to discover and expand her own artistry. Jasondra enjoys the stage very much and is so excited to make her return after several years.
Janaya Mahealani Jones

Janaya is a Southern California actress who has worked in various theatres from Thousand Oaks to San Diego. When they are not in musicals, they work at Disney California Adventure in Anaheim. Janaya is currently working in music as well! Find their music on Spotify!

Cara is a musical theatre refugee who’s been typed out of the Addams Family tour (yes, really) & really wants to play Diana in N2N. She’s a horror fanatic who’s modeled for AHS: Apocalypse/Escape Hotel, and her dream role is literally anything Mike Flanagan wants to put her in.

Miatta Adé Lebilé is a Nigerian-American, Texan born, and L.A.- based actress. Find her on Prime’s “Gen V”, “BET+ All The Queen’s Men, hit shows like “I Think You Should Leave with Tim Robinson”, “Insecure,” and voicing characters in “Star Wars Jedi: Survivor,” Pixar’s Dream Productions, “Abbott Elementary,” among others.

Glenn was most recently seen on stage in New York in the off broadway production of Distant Thunder. He’s most known for television, from The Walking Dead to Chicago Fire. He is also gearing up to release his first single as Glenn Stanton and the Six String Guillotine.
