ROBERT YACKO is a veteran of Broadway, Off-Broadway, and Regional Theatres across the country, and has been a denizen of Los Angeles stages for decades. He led the L. A. Premiere of Sondheim & Lapine’s Sunday In The Park With George, the West Coast Premiere of Karen Zacarias’ Legacy Of Light as Voltaire, and the L.A. Premiere of CHESS with Jodi Benson. Robert has appeared in recent years with Laura Pulver (of BBC’s Sherlock) in Parade, and with Lilias White in Ma Rainey’s Black Bottom, both at the Mark Taper Forum; also with David Alan Grier, Ana Gasteyer, Lea Salonga, Megan Hilty and Steven Weber in ANNIE at the Hollywood Bowl. Robert is also hailed as one of today’s leading cabaret and concert singers.
