ORION: A Ballet at Allen Theatre @ Pomona College

Synopsis: ORION: A Ballet is a hybrid theatre-dance production that adapts the myth of the constellation Orion through a Queer, Trans political lens, and makes commentary that we should be questioning the veracity of the history that we are taught. It is told from the perspective of Mero, Orion’s lover, and is framed as a “tell-all affair” seeking to expose the truth of the circumstances surrounding Orion’s life and death.
