Festival Día del Niño is a celebration of Día del Niño (Day of the Child), a holiday honoring children and their well-being, observed across Mexico and Latin America. Taking place on April 26 at Plaza Mexico in Lynwood, California, the event runs from 1:00 pm to 6:00 pm and features clown performances by Tatis La Super Payasita, a Jalisco, Mexico-native with over 25 years of experience entertaining young audiences, along with her crew of Power Clowns. The day includes face painting, magic shows, balloon art, a red carpet photo opportunity, raffles, arts and crafts, piñatas, and music by DJ Johnny. Resource booths and surprise guests round out the programming for the whole family.
