Blaze City can be a nasty place to live, even in the best of times. “Glow-Face” Lombardi, leader of the city’s seedy underbelly, will do anything—and step on anyone—to make a buck. Faded screen legend Augustina hides her dark side from the world, while Bruno the Fantastical and Redmond have fewer qualms about leaning into their darkest impulses.

But something is corrupting even the most innocent citizens of Blaze City. The city’s vitality, lifeblood, indeed, its very essence, is slowly being drained away. Its mysterious creator, The Illustrator, infected by the same affliction, is no longer in control of his characters and desperately clings to what little sanity he has left. With the help of the hardboiled Lt. Markowski, vigilante Black Jay, and pure of heart Sketch, can you discover the force behind Blaze City’s descent into madness before it drains our world next?

Since its debut in 2016, “Fallen Saints” has delighted and disturbed audiences with unflinching tales of the horrors that humanity inflicts upon itself. From Jack the Ripper prowling Whitechapel in search of his next kill to the hysteria of Salem’s witchcraft trials, “Fallen Saints” reflects the darkness deep inside our souls, both literally and figuratively.

Like our SCP-inspired “Arcanum” in 2023, this year’s “Fallen Saints” invites you to explore a wholly fictional universe once again. But as with the gritty graphic novels like “Sin City” and “The Sandman” to which we pay homage, “Tales of Blaze City” also holds up a mirror to the shadowy corners of our own world and forces our gaze upon them.

Led by three different guide characters, each nightly performance of “Fallen Saints: Tales of Blaze City” weaves a unique story—and ending—so we invite you to immerse yourself in one, two, or all three to enjoy the full “Blaze City” experience!

Fridays, September 12, 19, and 26 Saturdays, September 13, 20, and 27 Performances at 8:00, 9:00, and 10:00 PM
