Bigg County Restorations is a comedy pilot created by writer-comedians Mikaela Watkins and Joe Bell, serving as the West Coast Premiere screening at Dances with Films LA. The series is shot in a reality-TV style and follows Paul Bigg, played by John Jezior, as he restores vintage finds for celebrity clients, while the story gradually shifts to focus on the adventures of his two kids, Brittney and Junior. The pilot also stars Watkins and Bell alongside musician Wes Walker, with Dan Angelucci directing. The project features puppets, practical effects, miniatures, and movie-magic slime, and is intended as a proof of concept for a larger series.
