Welcome Back My Friends - An Evening with Emerson, Lake & Palmer was created by Carl Palmer and his management with the full cooperation of the Estates of Keith Emerson and Greg Lake. The show combines video footage of Emerson and Lake from a 1992 sold-out Royal Albert Hall performance with live on-stage performances by Carl Palmer alongside his ELP Legacy band members Paul Bielatowicz and Simon Fitzpatrick, all playing together in sync. Emerson, Lake & Palmer was an English progressive rock supergroup formed in London in 1970, known for blending classical music with jazz and symphonic rock elements, and sold an estimated 48 million records worldwide. The show was originally launched in 2022 and has been re-branded for 2026 as An Evening with Emerson Lake & Palmer.
