Long Island-based fiber artisan Alicia Evans invites you to celebrate fall enjoying a wonderful array of crocheted trees at the opening reception for her "Tree-Mendous Art Exhibit Affair" at the Uniondale Public Library on Long Island, New York on Sunday, November 6, 2016. It's a divine exhibit that's sure to inspire. Nature comes alive in brilliant colors with green, red, yellow, purple trees and more. "The show's theme of trees culminates a Tree-Mendous breakthrough in seeing life from another perspective," says Ms. Evans whose work has been featured in art exhibitions at City College and in galleries and museums on Long Island. Free admission and the reception takes place between 2pm -4pm. The exhibit runs through Thanksgiving and for hours, directions and additional information, contact the library's Adult Reference Department at: (516) 489-2220 x. 204 or adultserv@uniondalelibrary.org
