The Long Island Express-Plays, five one-act comedies set in and around Long Island written by Emmy Award nominate writer, producer and performer Eugene Pack (creator of Celebrity Autobiography: In Their Own Words) will be presented in a special invite-only industry-reading hosted by The William Morris Theater Department.  The reading, directed by Philip McKinley (The Boy From Oz), will he held on Monday, February 11 at 2PM in New York City.

The cast for The Long Island Express-Plays includes Bobby Cannavale (Mauritius), Richard Kind (The Producers, "Spin City"), Rachel Dratch ("Saturday Night Live," "30 Rock"), Dan Hedaya ("Cheers"), Deborah Offner ("Six Feet Under"), Dayle Reyfel (Celebrity Autobiography) and Tony nominee Claudia Shear (Dirty Blonde), among others.

The Long Island Express-Plays include the one-acts The Bear Claw, Live at the Rainbow Room, The Sandwich, The Headstand and The Morning After Chi-Chi's.  The plays were first developed in Los Angeles' Theatre West Workshop (A Bronx Tale, Love of a Pig, Spoon River Anthology).
