Caesars Entertainment received four Loyalty360 Awards at this year's Loyalty Expo in Orlando, Florida. At the conference, Caesars Entertainment was awarded one Platinum Level Award, two Gold Level Awards, and the Platinum Level "360-Degree Award," recognizing the company as the overall number one loyalty company this year.

"We are very pleased that Total Rewards has been recognized again by Loyalty360, and we are especially proud of receiving the 360-Degree Award. Our goal is to continually ensure that Total Rewards remains not only the benchmark for the gaming industry, but also among the premiere global loyalty programs," stated Michael Marino, Senior Vice President Chief Experience Officer of Caesars Entertainment.

Loyalty360, an association focused on customer loyalty, seeks to enable collaboration among industry leaders. The network of brands and technology providers represents some of the top names in the customer loyalty industry.

Proposals for the 2017 Loyalty360 Customer Loyalty Awards were submitted by the companies and judged by an expert panel of top-level customer loyalty executives. The winners of the 4th Annual Loyalty360 Awards were announced as part of the annual expo from May 2 - 4 at Caribe Royale in Orlando.

This is the third consecutive year that Caesars has been granted a Loyalty360 Award. The most prestigious award received this year was the Platinum Level 360-Degree Award. The 360-Degree Award is the most comprehensive overall category and the highest recognition. To qualify for the 360-Degree Award, brands must enter three or more of the categories and be nominated as a finalist in at least one of those categories.

Caesars Entertainment was awarded the highest level, the Platinum Level Award, for "Technology & Trends." This recognition was based on developments with Ivy created by Go Moment, the automated, real-time guest texting platform for hotels powered by IBM Watson Artificial Intelligence. This web-based platform improves guest experiences through improved efficiency for information and service requests.

Through exceptional initiatives to monitor customer insights and prioritize customer satisfaction, Caesars Entertainment won Gold Level Awards in the categories of "CX & Engagement" and "Customer Insights." The Caesars loyalty initiative focuses on creating increased customer engagement and delivering memorable experiences to exceed the expectations of a traditional vacation.
