Taryn Murphy

Taryn Murphy is thrilled to be making her debut with Great Plains Theatre! She has most recently played Felicia in "Gay Soul Food" and Okra in “From Okra to Greens” (Ntozake Shange). Taryn studied musical theater at Temple University and is currently pursuing her love of both theater and teaching. Taryn Murphy wants to thank Cody Walls and the whole Great Plains Theatre community!

Leslie Kimbell

Leslie is so excited to be performing with Great Plains Theatre for the first time! Favorite past roles include Florence in The Odd Couple (FV), Ethel Banks in Barefoot in the Park, Mrs. Webb in Our Town. Leslie is a published Playwright and has four plays with Concord Theatricals. Her Four Old Broads series is selling out theatres across the globe. She is most proud to be grandmother or "Sassy" to baby Enzo and baby Stephen...along with twins Alex and Willa Jean. Thank you Scott, Boom, Bryn, Mommy. I miss you daddy. Eddie, you will never be forgotten. Theatre is LIFE! Laugh Loud! Laugh Often!

Joy Pointe

Joy Pointe is excited to make her Great Plains Theatre debut with Steel Magnolias! A Tennessee/Nashville area native, she loves to travel all over for an array of performances including some theme park work. Joy is so thankful for this opportunity, and would like to dedicate this show to her mom, Joyce, and God for bringing her to another great adventure!

Becky Saunders

Thank you to Great Plains Theatre for casting me in this timeless classic! Broadway National Tour 2022-2024 (Bartlett Sher’s Lincoln Center Production, ) as Mrs. Higgins in My Fair Lady National Tour - (Encore Attractions) Bye Bye Birdie as Mrs. Merkle New York - (Theatre 2020) as Madame Armfeldt in A Little Night Music. Favorite roles in regional theater are Dotty Otley in Noises Off, Lily Harrison in Six Dance Lessons in Six Weeks, Nurse in Romeo and Juliet, and Martha Watson in White Christmas. She served as Managing Director of Sierra Repertory Theatre from 2017 through 2019 and has stage managed and directed many shows throughout her career. Member of SAG-AFTRA.

Mari Beazley

Mari Beazley is delighted to be making her professional debut at Great Plains Theatre! Although she was born a California girl she is now based in New York City after graduating with her BFA in Musical Theatre from CU Boulder. Her favorite past credits include Chicago (Mona), Legally Blonde (Chutney), and The Drowsy Chaperone (George). Holly Ruth Gale

Holly Ruth Gale(she/her) is crazy happy to be at Great Plains Theatre! She is active as a singer, actor, director, recitalist, and clinician. After retiring from a 28-year career as voice teacher and music professor at Arkansas Tech University, she now stays busy performing, directing, helping her husband John build theatre sets, and traveling. Holly Ruth has worked professionally with Arkansas Repertory Theatre, Music Theatre of Wichita, Arkansas Shakespeare Theatre, Highlands Playhouse, CAT Collective, Discoveryland, Arkansas Tech University, Arkansas Children’s Opera, and Shreveport Opera.
