Songbook Academy is an annual vocal music intensive that offers a weeklong immersion in American popular music for high school singers. This program, hosted by the Great American Songbook Foundation, selects 40 talented students who work with experienced Broadway stars and music educators to refine their skills. In 2025, the Academy will expand to include student instrumentalists, supported by a grant from the National Endowment for the Arts. The event runs from July 12-19 at the Allied Solutions Center for the Performing Arts in Carmel, Indiana.
