You have a role to play in this wild winter adventure! On the darkest night of the year, children must beware the Snow Queen – and when a boy vanishes from his village, his best friend is the only one who can rescue him. And she needs your help on her quest to stop the Snow Queen! You’ll help our heroine decide what happens next, join in the song, and bring the best friends back together. This original, interactive adaptation is inspired by Hans Christian Andersen’s story, with an added tour of fairy tales from around the world. Plus, join us for a flurry of fun on Saturdays and Sundays for hands-on activities including face painting, balloon sculpting, cookie decorating, and more!
Ages: For children of all ages, from 5 to 105.

What is the history of Stages Repertory Theatre ?
Founded in 1978, Stages makes plays and tells stories that invite everyone to live more deeply and love more boldly. The common link throughout our work is a focus on sharing compelling human stories in intimate performance spaces that allow audiences to connect with both the art on stage and the people who help create it. Stages has grown to become Houston’s sixth largest nonprofit performing arts producer overall, and the largest outside of Houston’s downtown theater district. Stages is one of the region’s leading artistic employers, producing an average of 12 productions per year totaling more than 430 performances and welcoming 75,000+ visitors each season. In January 2020, Stages opened The Gordy, a new $35.4 million three-theater venue that will transform how Houston artists and audiences experience theater.
