Overview: Everything’s calling Elliot back to Sherwood, Texas. Four years after the death of his best friend, Elliot returns home to give his statement. Through flashes from the past and connections in the present, Elliot faces the grittiness of his grief and finds hope along the way. Everything Rises is an exploration of queer love, life in a small town, found family, and what people are capable of when fueled by hate.
