If you receive an appointment, you will be contacted with an audition time and sides to prepare. You will also be asked to have a 2 minute Shakespeare Monologue ready for the auditions.

The Tragedy of King Arthur by William Shakespeare, is a World Premiere production of acclaimed novelist Arthur Phillips latest work. The plot centers around the discovery of a new Shakespeare play. We follow a doubting narrator as he struggles with the legitimacy of the play and his unresolved family issues. Within this story is a full five-act Shakespearean verse play. A large background and training in Shakespeare is a must.
Seeking:
Narrator/King Arthur
(Male, 25-35) A famous novelist dealing with the recent death of his father and wether or not to publish this "New" Shakespeare. Also plays King Arthur in the Shakespeare Play (Think a combination of Hal and Henry V)
Father/ Glouceser
(Male, 40-60) A convicted forger. Trying to make amends with his childeren from the grave. Also plays Duke of Glouceser in the Shakespeare Play (Think a combination of Falstaff, Henry IV and Prospero)
Sister/ Mordred
(Female, 25-35) Twin sister of the Narrator. Her Father's favorite and a believer in the legitimacy of the Shakespeare play. Also plays Mordred Duke of Rothesay in the Shakespeare Play. Plays him as a man.(Think a combination of Iago, Hotspur and Richard III)
Wife/Guenhera
(Female, 25-30) Narrator's wife. Hopes the play is real. Also plays Guenhera in the Shakespeare Play. Arthur's childhood love, made Queen. (Think a combination of Rosalind, Hermione, Olivia)
