Seeking:
Christopher Scott: A young, American G.I. sergeant about to leave Saigon to return to America who unexpectedly falls in love with Kim. He later marries Ellen and is a tormented soul. Gender: Male. Age: 20 to 30. Vocal range top: B4. Vocal range bottom: C3.
Kim: A young and naive, but strong-willed Vietnamese girl who becomes Chris' lover. She is an orphan and has been forced to work at a local club. Gender: Female. Age: 17 to 25. Vocal range top: D5. Vocal range bottom: E3.
The Engineer: The owner of the Dreamland club. He is half-Vietnamese and half-French. Sleazy and survivor. Gender: Male. Age: 30 to 45. Vocal range top: Ab4. Vocal range bottom: Bb2. Asian actors encouraged to submit for this role.
John Thomas: Chris' best friend and an American G.I. who later becomes an activist. Gender: Male. Age: 25 to 35. Vocal range top: B4. Vocal range bottom: Ab2.
Gigi Van Tranh: Works in the club, hardened, but has a heart of gold. She dreams of a better life in America. Gender: Female. Age: 23 to 35.
