Seeking the following role only for these auditions:
Barbara:
Actress must be able to play early to mid 20s.
Barbara is a strong, robust, jolly, determined young woman and yet as her fiancée describes her, she is “the incarnation of loveliness”. She is from the upper class, but is an enthusiastic do-gooder. She exercises her beliefs and morals by being a major in the Salvation Army. During the course of the play she experiences disillusionment and comes out the other side with a less idealistic set of values. Actress must have a strong British accent and be good with language.
