CONTRACT

Special Appearance $247 weekly minimum + travel (AEA). Non-AEA will receive a stipend + travel

SEEKING

Note: We are seeking a diverse ensemble. All gender identities, ethnicities, ages, and abilities are welcome and encouraged to audition. SIMS is the only character in which being Latinx is specified.

EMM: 20s - 30s. An underdog, trying to climb.

ABE: 35+. An elementary phys. ed. teacher and Emm’s father.

SIMS: 20s - 30s. A rock-climbing coach for the Kids’ Team. Sims is Latinx.

SAM: 30+ An English professor and Emm’s ex-boyfriend. Also plays JOEY – age 8.

MICK: 20s - 30s. A pediatrician and Emm’s childhood friend & first boyfriend. Also plays ERNESTO – age 10.

DELL: 20s - 30s. An energetic healer and Emm’s best friend. Also plays ISABELLA – age 11.

KY: 40s - 50s. A world-class professional climber living in Colorado. Also plays JACKIE – age 14.

PREPARATION

Two contrasting contemporary monologues, each not to exceed 90 seconds.
