YOUNG EBENEEZER SCROOGE, he/him, 20s/30s. An ambitious young man eager to escape his traumatic past and pull himself out the cycle of poverty.

DICK WILKINS, he/him, 20s/30s. Scrooge’s friend since childhood. Kind and good-natured, a fellow apprentice at Fezziwig's business.

BELLE, she/her, 20s/30s. Scrooge’s fiancée. Caring, smart, and grounded.

FRED, he/him, 20s/30s. Scrooge’s nephew, an optimist. Leans into the generosity of Christmas time. Craves a relationship with Scrooge, his only living relative.

MARY, she/her, 20s/30s. Fred’s wife, kind and caring. Keenly aware that Scrooge disapproves of her marriage to Fred.

TOPPER, he/him, 20s/30s. Friend of Fred and Mary. A charismatic flirt. Interested in Annabelle.

THOMAS, he/him, 20s/30s. Friend of Fred and Mary; Annabelle’s brother, and Beth’s husband. Protective of his sister.

GEORGE, he/him, 20s and 40s, Chinese. Henry’s father. He has a past that haunts him.

LEENA, she/her, 20s and 40s, Chinese American. Henry’s mother. An adventurous spirit who chose love over money.

JESS, she/her, 30s, any race. Henry’s girlfriend. Very smart; helps Henry solve mysteries.

PAT/OLDER LEENA, she/her, 70s, Chinese American. Older Leena is reflecting on her life in her final days. Pat is Leena’s close friend and confidante.

WALTER/DETECTIVE, he/him, 50+, any race. Walter is George’s business partner. Detective is a police officer officer working on the cold case that Henry is trying to solve.

TOM, he/him, 20s and 40s, Chinese American. Troubled and mysterious, in search of connection.

We are seeking people from a variety of performance backgrounds including drag, cabaret, puppetry, clown, rhythmic gymnastics, singer/songwriters, community activists, and the list goes on.
