This screening of the DETROIT VOICES SHORT FILM COMPETITION entries features a range of unique stories from southeast Michigan filmmakers.

Join us for a special screening of this pivotal 1918 German/Polish silent film, featuring live musical accompaniment by ALICIA SVEGALS (violin) andMARILYN LERNER (piano). 6 PM at the JAM HANDY BUILDING, DETROIT
DETROIT SOUP is a monthly dinner funding micro-grants for creative projects in Detroit. Academy Award-winning screenwriter DUSTIN LANCE BLACK will conduct an audience Q&A after a screening of this new gay rights documentary.
