About this studio
Seven Star School of Performing Arts (SSSPA) is a children's dance studio at 509 Route 312, Brewster, New York, open six or seven days a week and organizing its classes by age band from 2-4 through 5-6, 7-9, 10-12 and 13-18, with adult classes as well. The youngest program starts with Diaper Dancers at age two, building rhythm, coordination and musicality, then Broadway Babies for ages 3-4, a two-hour class combining ballet, tap, tumbling, singing and acting with a snack break, plus PreDance, hip hop, acro and combination classes that split each session between two or three genres so children can later choose a specializm. Above the recreational classes sit performance and competition teams. The studio also runs summer camp, birthday parties and performances, and prospective families can book a trial class online, searching by age, dance genre or day.
