Dance! West Seattle is a dance school at 9131 California Avenue SW in Seattle, Washington, which has provided professional dance instruction to the West Seattle community for more than twenty years. The curriculum centers on ballet and pointe alongside jazz, contemporary and conditioning, with private lessons also available. The school trains dancers of all ages with professionally educated instructors, and says its students go on to become professional dancers, teachers, choreographers and artists, while also welcoming those who dance for recreation, exercise or enjoyment. Two full performances are staged each year at the Highline Performing Arts Center, in addition to fall and summer festival appearances in the West Seattle community; the winter show is an annual Nutcracker Suites. Prospective students are invited to schedule a free trial class.
