ARC Dance Productions

ARC Dance Productions is a 501(c)(3) non-profit that runs a 9,000 square foot dance facility at 9250 14th Ave NW in the North Ballard/Crown Hill area of Seattle, combining the ARC School of Ballet with the professional ARC Dance Company. The company presents new work by contemporary dance makers on an ensemble of classically trained professional dancers, performing at the Leo Kreielsheimer and Bagley Wright Theatres at Seattle Center. The school teaches ballet, jazz and contemporary, and tap to dancers of all ages and backgrounds, from beginners and adult learners through to those training for a professional career. School-year programs run September to June in two 16-week semesters and are divided into a Primary Children's Program for ages 3 to 8, a Foundation Student Program for ages 8 to 18 and a pre-professional mentor and apprentice program. It also offers summer programs and intensives, adult drop-in dance and fitness classes, a master class series, an Open Performing Group, a Youth Dance Company and scholarships.
